Weiss & Moy, P.C. charges a flat fee for corporate entity formation, and an hourly fee for other types of corporate work.
Our flat-fee structure for corporate entity formation is generally as follows:
- Arizona Incorporation: $800 (including all fees)
- Nevada Incorporation: $750 (plus $125 to be paid by the client directly to the Nevada Secretary of State within 60 days of incorporation along with the Initial List of Officers and Directors)
- Arizona LLC Formation: $800 (including all fees)
- Nevada LLC Formation: $750 (plus $125 to be paid by the client directly to the Nevada Secretary of State within 60 days of formation along with the Initial List of Members and Managers)
- Arizona Statutory Agent Fee: $175 (if client elects Weiss & Moy, P.C. as their statutory agent)
- Nevada Registered Agent Fee: $175 (if client elects Weiss & Moy, P.C. as their registered agent)
Our hourly fees range from $195-$350, depending on the experience level of the attorney performing the services.
