Corporate Fees

Weiss & Moy, P.C. charges a flat fee for corporate entity formation, and an hourly fee for other types of corporate work. our founding in 1976, Weiss & Moy, P.C. has billed for its trademark services on a flat-fee basis so that our clients know exactly how much it will cost to protect their names and logos. While most lawyers bill for their services on a per-hour basis, Weiss & Moy, P.C. attorneys give you a binding quote for our work at the beginning, so you know exactly what you are getting into. Our flat-fee trademark billing structure allows you to budget for legal expenses in the same way that you might budget for marketing or other expenses.

Our flat-fee structure for corporate entity formation is generally as follows:

• Arizona Incorporation: $800 (including all fees)
• Nevada Incorporation: $750 (plus $125 to be paid by the client directly to the Nevada Secretary of State within 60 days of incorporation along with the Initial List of Officers and Directors)
• Arizona LLC Formation: $800 (including all fees)
• Nevada LLC Formation: $750 (plus $125 to be paid by the client directly to the Nevada Secretary of State within 60 days of formation along with the Initial List of Members and Managers)
• Arizona Statutory Agent Fee: $175 (if client elects Weiss & Moy, P.C. as their statutory agent)
• Nevada Registered Agent Fee: $175 (if client elects Weiss & Moy, P.C. as their registered agent)

Our hourly fees range from $195-$350, depending on the experience level of the attorney performing the services.
